I love the carbonation that a soda gives me. It feels crisp and refreshing going down my throat, and it quenches my thirst more effectively than anything else it seems.

As much as I happen to love about soda, I’ve had to struggle with my obsession recently. It’s time for me to focus on my health, and I figure that cutting soda out of my diet will be a major step in the right direction.

You could also choose to write a negative letter which either complains about the price of their products or an issue you had with a certain item of theirs. Many times, a direct letter to the manufacturer will be rewarded with some kind of compensation.

A Gift For Distant Friends

One night when I was having dinner with some friends, I suddenly screamed! It’s because something suddenly popped out from my mind. Next Friday is Jamie, our best friend’s birthday! What gift sould we present her to give her a surprise?

Jamie is not in Hong Kong now as she has left for her business degree in Amsterdam. We cannot hold birthday party for her as gift unless we spend a huge sum of money to fly there. But you know, no money, no talk. Shopping made my money vanished already.

We would like to send Jamie some gifts that make her feel that we are with her, we are missing her and we have not forgot her birthday! Even though we cannot go to Amsterdam to celebrate her birthday with her, she can still feel our love when she receives the gifts.

But she is in Amsterdam now and if we post a large gift to her it would be very costly, and it cannot reach her on time too. And also, Jamie’s daddy and mummy are rich enough to provide her whatever she wants.

We spent a very long period of time thinking of what we should give Jamie as gifts. This brought me a headache. What does Jamie want most? What would remind Jamie of us and our love? And the gift must not be very expensive or bulky to post.

At last we remember that one day when I was checking my friend’s facebook, I saw that nearly every day, one of my friend draws e-cards to his girlfriend as little gift to show how he loves her, and his girlfriend draws back to him too!

It would be quite a good idea if all of us can design birthday e-cards and send them to Jamie sharply at 12am to present greetings to her as gifts! She would feel very touched and miss us very much! We can write and draw whatever we want to let Jamie know.

I am sure these e-cards would be the most cherishable birthday gifts for Jamie as they help to carry our love overseas to our beloved Jamie! We miss you! If you miss us, draw thank you cards to us!

For the person who seems to have it all or for the person who is bored with their lifestyle, there are a few things that you can do to jazz-up your life. Perhaps the best way though is to begin redecorating your home. Some of the first places you should look at redecorating are your bathroom and kitchen.

These are often the most overlooked and most used rooms in the entire house. Think about it, have you redecorated at least even one of these rooms within the past five years? The answer is probably going to be no. In which case think back to the last time you even looked closely at your bathroom or kitchen other than to clean them.

More than likely, if you noticed anything at all, you put the notion off until a future date when you could devote more time to decorating your bathroom or kitchen. At that time though, the place probably didn’t look as bad as it does now, after all, the years add up and even though you’ve been keeping it spotlessly clean you can’t stop the steady progress of time.

It is probably true that if you take a closer inspection now, you’d find that the curtains are looking a bit shabby and ragged around the edges, as are the bathroom mats. And do not even talk about the toilet roll holder. It is quite true that they don’t make them like they used to and for a very good reason too!

So, do yourself a favour and throw out all that unnecessary junk in the bathroom and get yourself some new accessories - you will be surprised at what lovely things you can find these days. Besides, you’ve probably been eyeing that lovely bathroom set you saw in the shop for some time, so at the very least now you will have a good reason to go out and treat yourself.

And while you’re at it, don’t forget to buy that lovely new spice rack you saw for the kitchen and a few mats that can be used in either room. Ideally, they should be resistant to such everyday accidents as water spillage, soap, oil grease and all the other things that somehow seem to become embedded in your carpets.

However, if you’re looking for a few new ideas about decorating your bathroom or your kitchen, there are a number of resources you can get your inspiration from. The best one I’ve found so far are the catalogues, which you can read to your heart’s content.

With all these options, you could even substitute something that is a bit cheaper for the items you see in the catalogues. This then, is the easiest way to get your decorating projects off the ground and to keep yourself amusingly busy for some time to come and to transform your long suffering bathroom and kitchen into new and sparkling areas.

Not Long Ago I purchased a Internet course by Ryan Deiss named “Continuity Blueprint” It was marketed in a typical huge launch like all the internet marketers do these days and I have to say it was done very well. I enjoyed how Ryan Deiss presented his material on building a membership site and how he made it easy for this country boy to understand.

I purchased Ryan Deiss’s course and I consumed it in just a few days. I started working on my online business and put in place the techniques that Ryan Diess taught in his course. I had my doubts but I quickly realized that I was on to something huge.

I stayed with it and after eight months with my new online project I built a continuity program with 300 paying customers. Each paying between ten and thirty bucks a month.

I have to say that Ryan Diess is the real deal and his products and teaching work very well. I never thought that it was really possible to make money on the internet but Ryan Diess showed me that it was possible.

“The Social Media Money System” is a new course that Ryan Diess has partnered to produce with Perry Belcher and I am aixously awaiting my copy because I have not been able to get a hold of the social media aspect of the internet and how these guys build such a large social media following.

I look forward to learning from Ryan Diess again and putting his new social media money system in place in my business. I am sure this product will be just like continuity blueprint and add thousands a month to my bottom line.
