If you know the basics of playing a guitar, you can easily learn to play various genres of music.

While learning the Jazz guitar, it is important to learn different notes as this genre is different from others. Start with C note and do it repeatedly while the left hand is moving on the chromatic scale. E flat can also be added until you reach the blue scale.

People need support because it’s difficult to “self support” especially if they have been failing in life. People can be harsh with themselves and their self talk is not always as supportive as it can be.

People need someone to talk to about there work. They want to talk to someone about their struggle and the gap between their dreams and reality. People need to hear things like, “You can do it and I will help you”.

Support can mean different things to different people and the kind of support the coach offers is heavily dependent on the kind of creativity activity the Creativity Coaching Client may be involved in. It could be practical support like pointing a client in the direction of an arts website or it could be more psychological like for example working with negative self talk. It should also always be an attitude on the part of the coach.

Suggesting that a client starts a new routine, like writing as soon as they get up instead of getting bogged down in the emails is one way a Creativity Coach can offer practical help.

Getting a client to embrace their anxiety is another way a Creativity Coach can be very supportive. Creative anxiety is not often talked about and it’s something that even the most experienced creative might not be aware of.

Support can take many other forms like asking them to think and reflect on a much deeper level. Asking a client to forgive himself Making sure they know they can do it and that it’s not too late to achieve there dreams.
