I don’t know if you have ever used a handheld, indoor bug zapper, but I think that they are amazing. I’m talking about the handheld sort that looks like a child?s plastic, toy tennis racquet. They come in two basic forms. I rather the rechargeable bug zapper, because batteries end up up costing more than the indoor bug zapper itself, although you could always buy rechargeable batteries, but then they are costly as well.

My wife and I like to spend time in the garden. We meet friends there, dine there and in general loaf about outside, as do most folks about here, when they are not working. What’s more, it?s much cooler outside than inside. A comfortable chair, a few snacks, a cool drink and a book or a companion and life does not get much better. In fact, it’s idyllic.

That is until about six or seven o’clock when the first squadron of mosquitoes have judged that the sun’s rays have lost enough strength that they will not evaporate and they come out looking for blood. Some evenings are worse than others, of course. Normally, the mosquitoes are pretty bearable, especially seeing as I have discovered the indoor bug zapper. (I don’t know why it is called an ‘indoor bug zapper’, it is equally as effective outdoors as in).

It’s not that I want to kill things, but I find it difficult to have sympathy for mosquitoes. Nevertheless, I do get a certain amount of enjoyment from seeing and hearing mosquitoes and other bugs literally blow up with a flash and a spark as they come into contact with the electric and ground wires of the indoor bug zapper. These electric bug zappers are capable of packing quite a charge, especially if the batteries are new or the pack is wholly charged.

The other day, I found a new use for my handheld, indoor bug zapper. I’ll tell you how it came about. I was in the garden, as normal, and my bug zapper was close at hand as the first squadron of mosquitoes was expected. I had my book in one hand and the bug zapper on my knees, when my wife asked me to go to the store for her. No problem, therefore, I set off on the five minute walk.

I was half-way there when I realized that I had the indoor bug zapper in my hand, but it was not worth taking it home and beginning the journey again. Anyway, on my return trip, I had my small bag of groceries in one hand and the indoor bug zapper in the other, when a local tyrant of a dog came running out of a garden right for me. This has occurred often and, although he has never bitten me yet, it is quite intimidating. He stood there glaring at me with teeth bared and his ‘pack’ of sundry neighborhood pals came out to surround me and join in.

I don’t really know what the best course of action is in this situation. I have tried holding my ground, but the intimidation just goes on and I have tried to keep walking, but he gets worryingly close by on occasion. This time, I unexpectedly lashed out with the indoor bug zapper and just caught him on the snout. Well, I’m not sure whether it hurt him, it did not seem to too much, but it gave him a very nasty shock in more ways than one, I can tell you! He leapt about four feet into the air as if he were on a pogo stick and then ran for all he was worth with all his pals following him. It was very gratifying after six months of aggravation from this dog.

Anyway, I don’t take my indoor bug zapper everywhere with me, but I will in future, if any more local dogs bother me. I know it works a treat. I have seen that one since, but he keeps far away from me and doesn’t utter a sound. I think I would take my indoor bug zapper with me, if I were wandering in an unknown part of town or the park nevertheless.

* Imagine that you run out of money and have to make enough to live by prostituting yourself. Pretend I’m a client. Convince me to buy you for the night.

* Pick a spot on my body, other than my mouth, to make out for 10 seconds.

* Have a staring contest. Dare her to start at you as you both move closer to each other until your nose to nose. The person who backs out first, gives the other person a kiss.

* Prop dares: Ask her to pick something that she thinks is sexy, and do something vivid with it.

* Tell a girl that she has to take her top off but there’s a catch. She can’t show any of you her boobs. She has to hide them by pressing them up against your back and taking her top off, then she has to put it back on.

* Dare her to take her bra off with out taking her shirt off.

* Dare her to try to take your ring off your finger, by sucking it off.

Eventually, if you escalate correctly, they will begin to progress the game to higher levels of sexual exploration.

This is not just a one sided game, be prepared for the women to come back with her own truths and dares. If done properly she will escalate things before you do.

Director Franklin redid this 2 years later. Cast includes Norma Shearer, Fredric March, Charles Laughton, and Ian Wolfe. (110 minutes, 1934)

Ali G. Indahouse: Before he carried Borat to the gigantic monitor, Tycoon Cohen’s other Television doppelganger made his characteristic debut in this raunchy sham in which the off-color British gangster rapper wannabe looks for riches. It is stupid and tasteless, however additionally sarcastic and relatively ludicrous. Cast includes Sacha Cohen, Michael Gambon, Charles Dance, Kellie Radiant, Martin Freeman, Rhona Mitra, Barbara Newt, and Emilio Rivera. R. (88 minutes, 2002)

Communion: Mental thriller with Walken well cast as author Whitley Strieber, who finds himself visited by odd beings. Does he need a psychiatrist or an exorcist? The Devil’s Advocate: Kevin Lomax has never lost a case. He then gets an offer to move to New York, and work for John Milton, at his prestigious firm. Once there, things start to very strange. As time goes on he comes to realize that John Milton is none other than the Devil himself.

Try or Rock: Neil Simon’s supreme comedy of embarrassment, adjusted from Bruce Jay Friedman’s small tale “A Change of Plan.” Jewish boy Grodin gets wedded to Berlin and meets an attractive WASP blonde Shepherd on their honeymoon, and decides he must change his life. Very comical but that depends on your point of view. The Cast includes Charles Grodin, Cybill Shepherd, Jeannie Berlin, Eddie Albert, and Audra Lindley. (104 minutes, 1972)

Agent Cody Banks: That adolescent spy is back for a U.K. venture, with Anderson all too evidently shoehorned into the cases for comedy alleviation as his watchdog. Muniz and Kelly are game. However, the characters and plot are just basically unexciting. P.S. Madonna and Jason Alexander are amid the executive creators! Cast includes Frankie Muniz, Anthony Anderson, Hannah Spearritt, Cynthia Stevenson, Daniel Roebuck, David KelIy, and Keith David. (99 minutes, 2004)

Mission Impossible III: Ethan Hunt is called back into action to take down a ruthless arms dealer, Owen Davian. They pull off an incredible, and capture Owen at the Vatican. While transporting him into custody, the convoy is attacked, and Owen is freed. Now they must recapture him soon, Ethan’s wife to be has been captured, and time is running out.

Delusion: Hard, tight thriller in reference to a yuppie pc executive-embezzler and his plight after seeing a Las Vegas show gal and her hit man boyfriend (Secor, in an eye-opening acting job) on a Death Valley freeway commit a killing. The Dunwich Horror: Adaptation of H. P. Lovecraft’s tale in regards to wizard Stockwell’s malevolent plans for lady friend Dee. Yes, there are some disadvantages including shipping to other parts of the world, but it can be done if the buyer is willing to pay the added shipping, or you can sell electronic products that don’t require shipping.

6. Just Take a Small Piece of the Pie

With a traditional business the costs of operating and staying in business will require that you are a significant player in the market. If your competitors are dominating the market it is almost certain that you will be out of business.

Because of the low costs and on-going expenses that go along with operating an e-commerce business, if you are able to simply take a small piece of a big market you can remain profitable with no threat of going out of business. You don’t need to dominate your market, just take a piece of it.

7. Flexible Working Hours

Running a traditional business means that you will probably need to be there and working just about every hour that it is open. Store owners usually have a very hectic schedule with long hours each week.

Running an e-commerce business no doubt requires real work, but your schedule will be much more flexible as opposed to running a traditional store. Most of the work that you will need to do can be done around your schedule, during the hours that you choose to work.
